Operations Manager - Aircraft Maintenance

You will get the exciting opportunity to Shape and lead aircraft maintenance operations, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while progressing your leadership career. In addition you will take ownership of operational delivery and team performance.

Our client operates a leading international aviation services business, providing advanced training, maintenance, and support across both fixed-wing and rotary aircraft. They deliver specialist aviation solutions to clients worldwide and maintain a fleet of differentiated aircraft for operational readiness.

What you will need

• British citizenship

• Experience managing aircraft maintenance operations

• Knowledge of UK Civil Aviation Authority and European Aviation Safety Agency regulations

Salary and rewards

90-100K plus exceptional benefits

Your role

• Oversee operational delivery of maintenance programmes and projects

• Ensure adherence to aviation regulations and quality standards

• Lead and develop teams to achieve performance objectives

• Support process improvement and operational efficiency
