We are looking for experienced Financial Services lawyers to join our ElevateFlex talent community in the UK.

We partner with leading UK banks, insurers, asset managers, and financial institutions to provide high-calibre interim and project-based legal support across a wide range of banking, finance, and regulatory matters.

The Opportunity / You will:

• Advise on treasury, lending, capital markets, structured finance, and regulatory initiatives.
• Support strategic projects and cross-border matters where relevant.
• Contribute to governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
• Draft and negotiate financial services documentation.
• Collaborate with business, risk, compliance, and external stakeholders.

Assignments vary in duration and scope, offering exposure to diverse business models, regulatory environments, and high-impact work within the UK market.

About You

• Qualified UK solicitor or attorney with 5+ years’ post-qualification experience.
• Strong experience in Banking & Finance, Financial Regulation, Capital Markets, Structured Products, or related areas.
• Prior in-house experience within a financial institution or major corporate environment is highly desirable.
• Comfortable managing matters independently and engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Commercially astute, pragmatic, and solutions-focused.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
