Technical Services Manager / Senior Building Services Engineer (Mechanical Bias) London Projects | Up to £100,000 Base + Package

I’m working with a leading contractor delivering complex commercial, life sciences, and refurbishment projects across London, and they’re looking for a mechanically-biased M&E professional ready to take ownership of technical delivery.

This role sits across design, coordination, and delivery, with clear progression into senior leadership.

The Role

• Managing MEP design coordination from pre-construction through delivery
• Reviewing subcontractor designs and technical submissions
• Coordinating consultants, supply chain, and client teams
• Monitoring installation quality, programme, and commissioning
• Acting as the technical lead for mechanical packages

What They’re Looking For

Ideal backgrounds include:

• Building Services / Mechanical Engineering degree
• Consultancy, contractor, or client-side experience
• Strong mechanical knowledge (HVAC, plant, BMS integration)
• Experience on commercial, healthcare, education, or complex projects
• Working towards or holding CIBSE / Chartership (desirable)
• Ambitious individuals ready for more responsibility
