Job Title: Consumer Products Category Assistant

Duration: 6 months

Location / Hybrid: Old street, London- 2 days in office

Inside IR35 Via PAYE- £154 per day



About the Company

The WBCP EMEA Category team works closely with all areas of the WBCP business, including other departments within the regional Head Office, the territory teams based in the country offices across the EMEA region and Globally. This role sits in the WBCP EMEA Consumer Products Category department in London.

Your Role Accountabilities...



Responsibilities

  • Managing the EMEA contracts admin process, drafting and uploading deal paperwork for internal approval.
  • Monitor and track the progress of deals throughout the approval process to facilitate efficient and timely transitions.
  • Serve as a liaison with relevant approvers, addressing inquiries and communicating feedback to the appropriate Category Managers.
  • Lead the weekly meeting between category and legal to share status updates, progress and ensuring all stakeholders are clear on the next steps.
  • Manage the purchase order (PO) process, ensuring POs are raised as needed and processed promptly.
  • Collate cross-divisional information (e.g., Theatrical, TV, Games) and Research data, selecting key relevant points for EMEA use.
  • Taking minutes and agendas on internal meetings and conference calls.
  • Compile case studies and summaries by franchise regarding progress of launch initiatives across key European markets.
  • Build relationships and work closely with key licensee contacts.
  • Build close working relationships with the EMEA Franchise, Finance and Product Development teams.



Qualifications

  • A confident communicator in person, on the phone and on email, in a professional and mature way.
  • Good at managing multiple and varying projects/tasks at the same time.
  • Ability to organise and schedule work effectively, with limited supervision.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to work in a team, but also self-motivated when given tasks to work on individually.
  • Ability to provide thoughtful reviews and summaries of tasks assigned.
  • Computer skills, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook/Email.
  • Previous experience in contract administration is preferred, though not essential.
