Project Manager — Luxury Fit-Out (Commercial, Retail & Residential)
Location: London with 1 or 2 days in the office in Hertfordshire
Type: Permanent, Full-Time

The Role
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of negotiated projects, an experienced Project Manager is required to lead the delivery of premium interior fit-out and refurbishment schemes from pre-construction through to handover.
You will take full ownership of programme, budget, quality, and client relationships, ensuring projects are executed with precision and a luxury finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects end-to-end, from design coordination and procurement through construction and final handover
- Lead site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Maintain strict control of programme, cost, risk, and quality standards
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Oversee health & safety compliance and CDM requirements
- Coordinate design, technical details, and finishes to achieve premium specifications
- Manage variations, reporting, and commercial performance
- Ensure smooth communication across all parties throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Proven Project Management experience delivering interior fit-out projects
- Background in high-end commercial, retail, hospitality, or luxury residential sectors
- Strong technical understanding of construction, building services, and finishes
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Knowledge of H&S regulations and site compliance requirements
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
