Project Manager — Luxury Fit-Out (Commercial, Retail & Residential)

Location: London with 1 or 2 days in the office in Hertfordshire

Type: Permanent, Full-Time

An established design-and-build fit-out specialist delivering high-end commercial, retail, and residential spaces for prestigious and luxury clients. The Role

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of negotiated projects, an experienced Project Manager is required to lead the delivery of premium interior fit-out and refurbishment schemes from pre-construction through to handover.


You will take full ownership of programme, budget, quality, and client relationships, ensuring projects are executed with precision and a luxury finish.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects end-to-end, from design coordination and procurement through construction and final handover
  • Lead site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Maintain strict control of programme, cost, risk, and quality standards
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Oversee health & safety compliance and CDM requirements
  • Coordinate design, technical details, and finishes to achieve premium specifications
  • Manage variations, reporting, and commercial performance
  • Ensure smooth communication across all parties throughout the project lifecycle


Requirements

  • Proven Project Management experience delivering interior fit-out projects
  • Background in high-end commercial, retail, hospitality, or luxury residential sectors
  • Strong technical understanding of construction, building services, and finishes
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Knowledge of H&S regulations and site compliance requirements
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
