Senior Private Client Solicitor / Associate – Cheltenham – Full Time

A well-regarded firm in Cheltenham is looking for a STEP-qualified Private Client Solicitor to join at Associate or Senior Associate level.

The role includes:

• Running a caseload of high-net-worth estates

• Handling matters involving overseas assets and resealing foreign grants

• Structuring post-death tax planning strategies

• Working with settled property and aggregable assets

• Collaborating with the team while managing your own files independently

What they’re looking for:

• 5+ years’ PQE in Private Client

• Full STEP qualification

• Strong technical knowledge of estate administration and IHT

• Detail-focused and organised

• Clear, confident communicator
