About the Company

A highly motivated team player with an excellent knowledge of Print and Finishing processes including Web and Litho printing, digital print and direct mail, in order to support our commercial offering.

About the Role

You will be expected to create estimates in a timely fashion and provide technical and sales assistance to Internal and External Account Managers, responding to emailed or telephone enquiries in a pro-active manner. You will be required to assist in outsourcing any specialist printing or finishing that cannot be fulfilled in-house.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with sales representatives and customers to fully understand their requirements
• Providing estimates using agreed production routes, pricing and selling rates whilst optimising the return for the Company.
• Suggesting alternatives to specifications and production methods when beneficial to Customer and Company
• Maintain accurate documentation and Documentation.
• Engage with efforts to improve the Commercials and Processes in the PRISM system.
• Triage items in the estimating inbox, to ensure a timely response to all enquiries.
• Work to ensure KPI levels (based on Monthly KPI reports) are within the agreed levels.

Qualifications

• A detailed understanding of print and direct mail
• Experience of producing estimates

Required Skills

• IT literate and numerate
• Good organiser, able to prioritise work, meet deadlines and work under own initiative
• Effective communicator over the telephone, video call, in person and in writing

Salary starting at £38,000
