We are MWL, an Australian luxury bridal brand known for our effortlessly chic, quality, and distinctly personable bridal experience. We are an internationally recognised, family-owned business with six MWL boutiques and more than 150 stockists worldwide.

The Role:

MWL is seeking a full-time Dispatch Coordinator to join our Logistics team based in London, UK.

This role is ideal for a highly organised, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in precision, care, and teamwork. You will play a pivotal role in the final stage of each bride’s journey, ensuring every gown leaves our warehouse packed beautifully, accurately, and on time.

Working on-site, you will collaborate closely with the wider MWL team, supporting daily logistics operations while contributing to a smooth, efficient, and detail-driven dispatch process.

Role Responsibilities:

• Carefully pack and dispatch wedding dresses, ensuring each piece is prepared with care, precision, and attention to detail
• Ensure all shipments are packed securely so dresses arrive in pristine condition
• Update backend systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date logistics and stock records
• Create and manage labels, documentation, and shipment paperwork
• Support stock management and general warehouse organisation
• Carry out administrative tasks including reporting, database entry, and printing
• Provide additional operational support as directed by the Operations Manager

Skills & Experience:

• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining organisation and efficiency
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Collaborative team player who enjoys supporting others and contributing to shared goals
• An appreciation for fashion and bridal, with an understanding of the importance of a wedding dress in a bride’s journey
