Location: UK-based (Fully Remote)
Salary: Competitive + uncapped commission

The Role:
We’re looking for a UK-based BDM to:
- Grow the lender’s footprint nationally, working with brokers and introducers.
- Own your deals from start to finish.
- Help shape the lender’s growth strategy through market intelligence.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced BDM in bridging, specialist, or commercial finance.
- Self-motivated and confident in building your pipeline.
- UK-wide network of introducers or brokers.
- Hungry to grow with an ambitious lender.
