Role: Sales Executive

Location: Remote

Salary: Up to £50,000 basic salary + commission


Hlx are partnered with a leading specialist solutions provider supporting regulated industries with their compliance.


With a strong reputation for technical expertise and customer partnership, the company works with leading organisations across the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors.


You will:

  • Generate and qualify new sales leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Research target accounts within Pharma, Biotech, and Life Sciences
  • Book qualified meetings for senior sales team members
  • Build and manage an active prospect pipeline
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
  • Develop a strong understanding of their services and solutions
  • Work closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams


This is a high-activity role suited to someone with a strong work ethic, resilience, and a “hunter” mentality.


What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of sales experience (B2B preferred)
  • Proven experience in outbound calling and lead generation
  • Confident and professional in communication styles
  • Comfortable handling objections and building rapport
  • Highly organised with strong follow-up discipline
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Interest in technical or solution-based sales (Life Sciences experience a bonus but not essential)
