The Role

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll:

• Source and engage top IT & Tech talent
• Build relationships with clients and candidates
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
• Develop new business opportunities
• Work towards clear performance targets and earn uncapped commission

• Recent graduate (any discipline)
• Strong communication skills
• Ambitious, competitive and motivated by earning potential
• Resilient with a proactive mindset
• Sales experience is a bonus, but not essential
