Now, they’re looking for a London-based Sales Manager to take ownership of Greater London –focusing on contract catering groups and independent coffee shops. The brand already partners with major wholesalers (Bidfood, Brakes, and now Booker), and the foundations are rock solid. What’s needed is someone to drive volume, build visibility, and bring passion to every customer conversation.
The Opportunity
- Take the lead in driving sales across contract catering, independents, and higher education sites.
- Work with established routes to market – your focus is all about pull-through, activation, and growth.
- Build strong relationships with area and operations managers across key catering groups.
- Champion a product range that customers genuinely love – and be proud to represent it.
- Enjoy the autonomy of a field-based role with full support from a dynamic, close-knit sales team.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success as a Business Development Manager or Field Sales Manager in FMCG drinks, foodservice, OOH, or wholesale.
- A strong understanding of the London foodservice landscape, ideally with existing contacts.
- A natural relationship‑builder with commercial edge, resilience, and the ability to spot opportunities others miss.
- Passion for health, sustainability, and real ingredients,
- you’ll believe in the product and sell with authenticity.
- A growth mindset and the ambition to help scale a brand that’s moving fast.
