Freelance Senior Account Manager

Luxury Hospitality Brand | 6–12 Month Contract | Mayfair, London | £300–£350 per day | Hybrid

We are partnering with a globally recognised luxury hotel and wellness brand to appoint a Freelance Senior Account Manager within their in-house Design & Branding team, based in Mayfair.

This brand is internationally respected for its refined aesthetic, cultural intelligence and beautifully executed detail. With an established presence across Asia and the Middle East, and continued expansion into the US, Caribbean, South America and the Mediterranean, they are entering an exciting phase of global growth.

This is a 6–12 month contract for a highly organised, solutions-focused client services professional who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven creative environment.

The Role:

Embedded within the in-house creative team, you will act as the bridge between internal stakeholders and design, ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly, on time and to the highest standard.

You will:

• Lead branding, campaign and property marketing projects from brief to delivery
• Manage timelines, budgets and workflow using MONDAY
• Oversee the production of brand assets across print, digital and experiential
• Support work across CGIs, moving image, video, motion and luxury photography
• Partner with marketing and property teams across multiple global regions
• Ensure meticulous brand consistency across every touchpoint

This team works at pace, and expectations are high. The output is elegant, considered and commercially impactful.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Senior Account Manager experience within branding, design or communications
• Experience working with hospitality, placemaking or property branding (strongly preferred)
• Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
• Calm, composed and solutions-oriented under pressure
• Confident stakeholder management skills
• A tasteful eye and appreciation for luxury visual execution
• Experience managing creative production including CGIs, film, photography and motion
• Proficiency using MONDAY

Most importantly, you are meticulous, proactive and commercially aware. You understand that beautiful work must also drive results.
