Veterinary Partnership Opportunity at Medivet Wantage and Medivet Faringdon

Are you an experienced vet with a passion for leadership and a dream of owning your own practice?

We are ideally looking for someone with high medical standards, and someone with a positive energy and attitude to all aspects of first opinion caseloads.

You will have high ethical values and be a strong team player; whilst enjoy leading a team with Danny.

As this partnership is across two locations, you would work at both sites. (Across the two locations) the team consists of 5 veterinary surgeons and currently has 20 staff in total. One site is large and the other is medium sized, both with well established and loyal client bases.

These practices are already doing incredibly well, but Danny is keen to have a partner that has a positive approach to all aspects of ownership.

It is very important the right personality joins the team as the current team are very close, work very collaboratively and enjoy a positive working environment, with regular social events (see pictures from a recent pottery class and wreath making together.)

Both Wantage and Faringdon are beautiful historic market towns in the Oxford area, close to the Berkshire downs. They are on the edge of the Cotswolds with plenty of history and beautiful scenery to enjoy outside of work.

Pay range and compensation package

When it comes to financial rewards, Partnership offers double the opportunity:

• Uncapped profit share from day one – your profit share will increase as the clinic grows, however you can expect to earn more than an employed vet over your time in the Partnership.
