Job description

Sales Enablement & Training Manager

Location: UK (Global Role)

Salary: £75,000 - £85,000

Travel: Occasional international travel required

About the Opportunity

A global media technology company is hiring a Sales Enablement & Training Manager to build and scale its global enablement function.

This is a high-impact role at the centre of Commercial and Marketing. You will design and implement a structured, digital-first enablement framework that supports sales teams, partners, and customers worldwide.

The organisation is evolving its go-to-market strategy and needs someone who can bring structure, clarity, and scalability - not just deliver training sessions, but build a repeatable enablement engine.

The Role

This position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will work closely with the CMO, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and regional teams to ensure consistent positioning, onboarding, and technical understanding across the business.

Sales Enablement

  • Own and evolve the master sales deck and solution variants
  • Develop playbooks, demo frameworks, talk tracks, and objection handling content
  • Build and manage global sales onboarding programmes
  • Create partner enablement kits and structured certification paths
  • Support ABM initiatives in collaboration with regional teams

Training & Digital Learning

  • Design and launch a scalable digital training platform (LMS selection underway)
  • Develop structured learning paths for sales, partners, and customers
  • Produce training modules, video content, and bite-sized enablement materials
  • Deliver live virtual and on-site training sessions
  • Establish certification programmes and measurable competence levels
  • Track engagement, completion rates, and adoption metrics

Content Governance

  • Own the structure, taxonomy, and version control of the global enablement library
  • Ensure alignment between Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Introduce scalable processes for continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

We are open to candidates from backgrounds such as:

  • Sales Enablement
  • Pre-Sales / Solutions Engineering
  • Customer Success (with commercial exposure)
  • Technical Training
  • Product Marketing
  • Media-tech content / PR professionals with strong technical understanding

Essential Experience

  • 5–10 years’ experience in enablement, technical training, pre-sales, CSM, or product marketing
  • Experience designing structured frameworks or training programmes from scratch
  • Confidence delivering training to both commercial and technical audiences
  • Experience working with digital learning tools / LMS platforms
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented

Highly Desirable

  • Experience within media technology, broadcast, IP video, telecom, cloud contribution, or B2B SaaS environments
  • Exposure to partner/channel enablement
  • Experience working in global, cross-functional environments

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Build a function - not just maintain one
  • High visibility with senior leadership
  • True global remit
  • Blend of creativity, structure, and commercial influence
  • Opportunity to modernise how a respected technology brand enables its market

If you are motivated by building scalable systems, simplifying technical complexity, and strengthening global go-to-market execution, we would welcome a confidential conversation.
