About the Opportunity
A global media technology company is hiring a Sales Enablement & Training Manager to build and scale its global enablement function.

The organisation is evolving its go-to-market strategy and needs someone who can bring structure, clarity, and scalability - not just deliver training sessions, but build a repeatable enablement engine.

Training & Digital Learning
- Design and launch a scalable digital training platform (LMS selection underway)
- Develop structured learning paths for sales, partners, and customers
- Produce training modules, video content, and bite-sized enablement materials
- Deliver live virtual and on-site training sessions
- Establish certification programmes and measurable competence levels
- Track engagement, completion rates, and adoption metrics
Content Governance
- Own the structure, taxonomy, and version control of the global enablement library
- Ensure alignment between Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
- Introduce scalable processes for continuous improvement
