Bid Coordinator

Location: London Bridge

Salary: £45,000

Industry: Design & Build / Construction

5 days a week onsite.


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bid Coordinator to join a leading design and build contractor in London. This role offers the chance to work within a creative, fast paced environment where attention to detail, collaboration, and high quality output are key.


As a Bid Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing and delivering high quality, engaging written submissions for tenders and proposals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the full bid process from initial opportunity through to submission and post-bid feedback
  • Designing, writing, editing and proofreading engaging and persuasive bid content
  • Working closely with Design, Operations, and Commercial teams to gather project information
  • Developing and maintaining a central library of case studies and standard responses
  • Ensuring all submissions are accurate, compliant and visually on-brand
  • Researching client requirements, scoring criteria and feedback to improve bid quality and consistency
  • Supporting the creation of marketing and client-facing materials when required
  • Meeting tight deadlines and maintaining consistent quality across all submissions


Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in a bid coordination, or graphic design role, ideally within the construction or design and build sector.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple bids at once.
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with bid and procurement platforms such as Contracts Advance or Find a Tender.
  • Creative and visually minded, with an understanding of effective document design.
  • Commercially aware, proactive, and collaborative.
  • Degree-level education in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
