Role Description

We are looking for a Corporate Sales Executive to join our fast-paced, energetic team based in Hammersmith, London. This is an entry-level, full-time position offering a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.


Working within the sales team, you will focus on developing new business opportunities and supporting the management of existing accounts. You will be introduced to selling premium hospitality experiences across some of the world’s most prestigious events including Wimbledon, Formula 1, the BRIT Awards and major concerts.


The office environment is ambitious and target-driven, and you will be expected to be proactive, organised and confident in communicating with senior decision-makers. Full training and ongoing mentorship will be provided, with a clear progression path into senior sales and account management roles.


Role Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and contact new business prospects across a variety of industry sectors
  • Conduct outbound sales calls and send professional correspondence to introduce DTB’s services
  • Assist in managing and developing existing accounts under senior guidance
  • Guide clients through the booking process, ensuring clear communication and excellent service
  • Build strong client relationships through reliability and timely follow-up
  • Work towards individual sales targets, with a focus on new business development
  • Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline using the company CRM system
  • Collaborate with senior account managers to develop consultative sales skills
  • Develop a strong understanding of DTB’s full event portfolio


Skills

  • Confident and professional communicator, comfortable speaking with senior-level decision makers
  • Self-motivated, target-driven and eager to learn
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Positive, resilient attitude with a proactive approach
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office


Desirable (not essential)

  • Previous experience in sales, telesales or customer service
  • Interest in sport, music or live events
  • Degree or equivalent qualification
