Job description

We are the embedded hiring partner to a leading regional accountancy firm operating a structured 4 Day Working Week and hybrid model.

As the firm continues to grow, it is strengthening senior client leadership across the practice.

This is a portfolio-led role combining client advisory, commercial oversight and team support.

The Role

You will manage a portfolio of SME clients, acting as a trusted adviser across accounts, VAT and broader commercial matters.

You will review work, maintain service standards and ensure engagements remain commercially sound.

Alongside client responsibility, you will mentor junior team members and contribute to workflow consistency across the team.

About You

You are ACA or ACCA qualified with strong experience in accountancy practice.

You bring:

• Portfolio management experience

• Confidence advising business owners

• Strong technical grounding

• Experience reviewing work and supporting others

You are commercially aware, organised and comfortable balancing client service with leadership responsibility.
