Business Development Manager – Corporate Sales
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £50,000 – £90,000 + bonus

Our client is a global fintech business operating in the FX and international payments space, supporting both individuals and corporates with smart, secure currency solutions. With a strong brand, significant global reach and continued growth, they are expanding their Corporate Sales team in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to build a long-term career in corporate sales within a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
The Role
As a Business Development Manager – Corporate Sales, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging and onboarding new corporate clients. You’ll uncover FX requirements, demonstrate value through tailored solutions, and hand over high-quality clients to an experienced Dealing Team for ongoing relationship management.
This role offers structured training, exposure to global FX markets, and the opportunity to develop into a best-in-class sales professional within a scaling international business.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, research, and qualify prospective corporate clients using Salesforce, LinkedIn, networking, and outbound activity
- Conduct detailed discovery calls to understand FX needs and assess solution fit
- Perform rate comparisons and currency audits to clearly demonstrate value
- Confidently present features, advantages, and benefits (FABs) to key decision-makers
- Support client onboarding alongside Credit, Compliance, and Operations teams
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and reporting via Salesforce
- Book qualified meetings for field sales and contribute to targeted sales campaigns
- Track and report on monthly and quarterly performance metrics
- Execute sales strategies with energy, creativity, and accountability
- Ensure a professional handover of new clients to the Dealing Team
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in a B2B sales or business development role
- Proven success against activity-based KPIs or sales targets
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging senior stakeholders
- Ambition to develop commercially and progress into a trusted advisor role
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Exposure to FX, fintech, payments, or SaaS sales is advantageous but not essential
