Job Title: Senior Telecommunications Engineer
Job Description:
- Responsible for the system commissioning, installation, customer training, etc.
- Manage the progress of the project and audit & analyze the gap of the progress. Ensure the project is delivered on time
- Perform trouble shooting and customer support
- Responsible for the complaint from customer and satisfy customer's request
- Develop competence in technical domain
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure our delivery capabilities for customer projects
- Complete other tasks assigned by the project manager
Job Requirement：
- Education of bachelor’s degree and above
- Telecom background, engaged in controller, Network commissioning, operation and maintenance, etc. DMR/TETRA/LTE experience will be more welcome
- Minimum 3 years' working experience
- Teamwork and good communication skills across multiple teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both oral and written English.
- Ability to work independently and respond to multiple and conflicting requests under tight deadlines and in a dynamic working environment.
