Since our acquisition of the DB Foods Group in August 2025, we have reset the strategic footprint of the business to ensure a clear focus on commercial prosperity and pragmatic leadership.

We have secured substantial financial backing to accelerate our growth strategy. That investment is being deployed with a clear objective: to scale the business from its current position to achieve £200m in revenue within the next 12 months.

We are now building out our existing sales capability to deliver that ambition.

As part of this expansion, we are seeking to appoint an additional 5 experienced wholesale meat sales professionals with a proven track record of selling into the retail butchery trade.

This is not a maintenance role and meat sales experience is a pre requisite

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven wholesale meat sales experience
• Established relationships within the retail butchery sector
• Commercially sharp and target-driven
• Competitive, resilient and self-motivated
• A track record of winning and developing profitable accounts
