We’re Hiring: Account Manager / Product Developer — Sportswear / Athleisure / Outdoor

Essex (office-based — car required)

Full-Time | Permanent

Passionate about technical apparel and building strong client relationships? This dual-focus role blends garment development with commercial account management — supporting projects from concept through to delivery across leading online and high-street retailers such as ASOS, Tala and Zalando.

Responsibilities

• Manage key accounts and ensure clear communication & delivery

• Collaborate with production teams on innovative apparel concepts

• Oversee timelines and launch cycles

• Drive development from design → production

• Translate briefs into product specifications

• Advise on fabrics, construction & trends

Requirements

• Experience in sportswear, athleisure, or technical apparel (development or account management)

• Knowledge of technical fabrics & processes

• Comfortable in fast-paced environments

Profile

• 3–5 years’ relevant experience

• Exposure to overseas manufacturing

• Customer-focused, collaborative team player
