They are currently looking for a proactive and motivated Sales & Business Developer. This position is ideal for individuals with 1–3 years of commercial experience who thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and are eager to grow their career within a high‑tech, international organisation.

The Sales & Business Developer will:

• Support business development and sales activities across the UK and wider European markets.
• Engage prospective customers through presentations, calls, and commercial communications.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
• Maintain CRM data, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking, reporting, and follow-up.
• Assist with planning and execution of European marketing, outreach, and event activities.

The Sales & Business Developer will have:

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales support, or a similar commercial role.
• Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
• The ability to work independently within a remote-first setup.
• High adaptability, resilience, and a proactive approach to changing priorities.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin language skills are an advantage.
