We’re Hiring: E-Commerce Manager

Location: West Midlands (On-site/Hybrid)

Salary: £50,000

We are a specialist recruitment business partnering with a well-established retail client based in the West Midlands. Due to continued growth and investment in their digital channels, they are now seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead and scale their online operations.

The Role

As E-Commerce Manager, you will take full ownership of online trading performance, digital strategy, and the customer journey. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, optimising conversion rates, and enhancing the overall online experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to drive online sales growth
• Manage and optimise the company website, merchandising, and product listings
• Oversee digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and paid social
• Analyse performance data and implement improvements to increase conversion and average order value
• Manage third-party marketplaces and online retail platforms
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, buying, and operations teams
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in an E-Commerce Manager or similar digital retail role
• Strong understanding of online trading, digital marketing, and performance analytics
• Experience with major e-commerce platforms and analytics tools
• Commercially driven with a data-led approach to decision-making
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
