As the Meetings and Events Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving venue sales and building strong relationships with clients. From converting new enquiries to securing repeat business, you’ll be instrumental in maximising revenue and ensuring a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively follow up on all enquiries to maximise conversion rates
- Drive repeat business through regular rebook and feedback calls
- Manage outbound campaigns to re-engage and attract new clients
- Conduct professional venue show rounds to secure new business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and agencies
- Manage the full booking process from initial enquiry through to event handover
- Prepare accurate event documentation for the operations team
Who They’re Looking For:
- Proven sales experience within a venue, hospitality, or events-based environment
- A strong commercial understanding of pricing and conversion
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in using CRM and booking systems
- A self-motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for client success
