Exemplary Voyages, a leading luxury travel company specializing in bespoke Sri Lanka holiday packages and tailor-made Sri Lanka and Maldives tours, is expanding its presence in the United Kingdom. We are seeking experienced and well-connected Sales & Business Development Professionals based in the UK, with proven expertise in promoting and selling Sri Lanka as a travel destination.


This is a strategic role focused on strengthening our presence in one of Sri Lanka’s most important source markets. We are looking for professionals who understand the UK outbound travel landscape and have established relationships within the travel trade.


Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and grow B2B relationships with travel agents, tour operators, luxury travel advisors, and tour companies across the UK

· Promote Sri Lanka luxury tours, bespoke Sri Lanka holiday packages, and tailor-made travel experiences

· Increase brand awareness and generate new business opportunities within the UK market

· Maintain and expand relationships with existing travel partners and accounts

· Identify and onboard new travel agents and distribution partners

· Conduct sales presentations, webinars, training sessions, and client meetings

· Represent Exemplary Voyages at UK travel trade shows, networking events, and roadshows

· Provide regular sales updates, market feedback, and competitor insights


Mandatory Requirements:

· Must be based in the United Kingdom

· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in outbound travel sales

· Proven experience in selling Sri Lanka as a travel destination

· Strong network within the UK travel trade, including travel agents and tour operators

· Excellent communication, sales, and relationship management skills

· Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

· Strong understanding of the UK luxury and experiential travel market


Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience working with luxury travel brands or DMCs

· Experience selling tailor-made long-haul destinations

· Knowledge of Maldives travel products is an advantage
