Contract: Fulltime

Ready to lead the growth of one of Britain’s most iconic lifestyle brands?

KMI Brands is looking for an exceptional Senior Account Manager to take ownership of the Ted Baker portfolio across our global retail and distribution partners. This is a high impact, commercially critical role for someone who thrives in sales leadership, strategic account growth, and building long-lasting retailer relationships.

About KMI Brands

We’re one of the fastest growing British beauty businesses, powering standout brands stocked in leading retailers across the UK, Europe, North America and beyond. Our values—Nimble by Nature, Own It, Positively Bold, Win Together —shape everything we do, and we’re looking for someone who shares this mindset.

The Role

As our Senior Global Account Manager, you will:

  • Lead and grow key accounts covering both UK and International markets, driving revenue, profit and brand presence for Ted Baker
  • Build strong, strategic relationships with major retailers and distributors around the world
  • Develop and deliver compelling account plans, trade marketing activity and JBPs
  • Identify new market and retailer opportunities, owning the global sales pipeline
  • Partner with internal brand, marketing and NPD teams to lead trade marketing initiatives and maximise commercial impact
  • Provide sharp commercial analysis, forecasting excellence and P&L insight
  • Be the “eyes and ears” of the market—spotting trends, challenges and opportunities

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be a commercially sharp, relationship driven sales leader with:

  • A proven track record of sales success — ideally managing major retail or global accounts
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills — you’re confident, credible and persuasive
  • Exceptional stakeholder management — across Buying, Supply, Marketing and more
  • Strategic thinking — able to build clear commercial plans and deliver them
  • Analytical capability — comfortable working with P&L, forecasting and performance data
  • Resilience, curiosity and a challenger mindset — always pushing for growth
  • Outstanding communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation
  • A passion for brand building and commercial delivery

If you’re highly organised, proactive, and someone who thrives on autonomy and accountability, this is a role where you can genuinely make your mark.

Why KMI?

Along with the opportunity to spearhead global growth for a high-profile brand, we offer:

  • Competitive salary + annual & quarterly performance bonus
  • 26 days annual leave (+ increases over service)
  • 3 days paid volunteering
  • Christmas office shutdown (paid)
  • Birthday half-day
  • Health insurance & health cash plan
  • Pension contributions
  • Product allowance + staff discounts
  • Cycle to Work scheme
  • Hybrid working
  • Work from anywhere scheme
