Job Summary

AKD & Son Ltd is a growing steel fabrication and erecting company working with builders, shopfitters, and commercial contractors across the UK. We supply and install structural steel for extensions, loft conversions, staircases, retail units, and commercial projects.

We are now looking for driven individuals to help us generate new work.

The Role

We are looking for hungry, confident callers who are not afraid to pick up the phone and speak to:

• Local builders
• Loft conversion companies
• House extension contractors
• Commercial construction companies
• Shopfitting firms

Your role will be to introduce our services, build relationships, and secure enquiries and tender opportunities.

This is a high-energy, target-driven role. If you don’t like calling people, this is not for you.

• Confident on the phone
• Resilient (comfortable with rejection)
• Self-motivated and competitive
• Strong communication skills
• Hungry to earn

Experience in sales is preferred but not essential — attitude matters more.

Pay Structure

• Month 1: Base Salary
• commission paid on secured jobs.
• Once you prove yourself and show consistent results and hit Targets, You Will receive 5% commission on every confirmed job order

We reward performance. If you bring in work, you get paid well.
