Lead Business Development Manager - Remote
Salary: £37k basic, £50k OTE + benefits
- Leadership Opportunity: Lead by example, mentor new starters, and support the Senior BDM.
- High-Impact Sales Role: Drive new business, grow existing accounts, and cross-sell dispensing consumables and pharmacy retail products.
- Remote & Flexible: Work remotely while managing key accounts and maximising performance using CRM and data tools.
We are partnering with a growing healthcare supplier to recruit an experienced Lead Business Development Manager.
This is a commercially focused role driving growth across independent and group pharmacies. You'll win new business, re-engage dormant accounts and grow existing customers through cross-selling a broad range of dispensing consumables and retail products.
Strong account management is key to maximise retention, increase spend and build long-term partnerships.
Alongside hitting sales and GP targets, you'll support the Senior BDM, mentor new starters, monitor CRM and call performance, and step up in their absence. You'll lead by example, champion sales strategy and use data to improve margins and results.
We're looking for an ambitious, organised BDM with strong IT and communication skills, confident managing volume and prioritising effectively.
