The principal function as an Account Manager is to generate revenue and profit that meet set KPIs through continuous onboarding and management of new and existing clients.


Key responsibilities:

  • Manage an internal book of clients provided by the Company, including handling inbound accounts and enquiries
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand both client base and market reach
  • Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Close deals and generate revenue in line with set KPIs
  • Establish a high degree of confidence with clients in relation to financial risk and exposure
  • Consistently delivering sales KPIs
  • Organise client meetings to maintain and strengthen relationships
  • Attend industry networking events where required
  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Operations and Compliance teams


To succeed in this role, you bring:

  • Excellent understanding of FX/CFD markets, providers, products and services, pricing models
  • 1-3 years sales experience within the financial services, CFD & FX industry
  • Proven/in depth knowledge in FX & CFD brokerage (someone with a book of clients to bring to the business desirable)
  • Demonstrable success in a high pressure sales environment to meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Excellent sales skills, a team player with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Enthusiasm, desire and passion to succeed in the fast-moving financial industry
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Docs / G Suite
