Location: Remote UK

Contract: Until 31st January 2027

Hours: 40 hours per week

We are partnering with one of the world’s leading global technology platforms powering digital advertising at massive scale. This organization connects billions of people and businesses worldwide and operates one of the most sophisticated advertising ecosystems in the market.

They are seeking a highly analytical, data-driven Sales Operations Analyst to join their EMEA Sales Strategic Planning & Operations team.

This is a high-visibility role working directly with regional sales leadership to drive performance, operational excellence, and revenue growth across advertising channels.


The Role

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will act as a strategic partner to Sales and Product teams, using data to influence decisions, optimize processes, and improve commercial outcomes.

You will combine strong SQL expertise with business acumen to uncover insights, streamline operations, and drive measurable impact in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain sales performance reporting and dashboards using SQL and Excel.
  • Drive monthly and quarterly business reviews, tracking regional goals and KPIs.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies.
  • Support strategic initiatives focused on improving sales productivity and resource allocation.
  • Translate complex data into clear, executive-level presentations and actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across sales, product, and operations.
  • Identify risks, blockers, and performance gaps, and proactively drive resolution.
  • Support implementation of global initiatives at regional and local levels.


What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills

  • 5–7 years’ experience in a quantitative or analytical role (consulting, investment banking, private equity, strategy/operations, or tech).
  • Advanced SQL skills – confident querying and manipulating large datasets.
  • Strong Excel capability (modelling, pivot tables, data structuring).
  • Strong PowerPoint skills for executive-ready storytelling.
  • Proven ability to solve complex business problems using data.
  • Strong stakeholder management and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.


Desirable

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or related field.
  • Experience within digital advertising or large enterprise environments.
  • Understanding of performance metrics in online advertising ecosystems.
