Go Places is a social commerce agency specialising in TikTok Shop, Affiliate Marketing, and Live Shopping. We help ambitious brands grow through creator-led content, performance-driven strategy, and best-in-class execution across paid, affiliate, and live channels.

This role is for an Account Executive.

No prior experience is required — just curiosity, ambition, and a strong work ethic.


The Role

As an Account Executive at Go Places, you’ll support day-to-day delivery across brand accounts and campaigns. You’ll work closely with Account Managers and Affiliate Strategy teams to help brands succeed on TikTok Shop. This is a practical, hands-on role where you’ll learn how social commerce actually works — from data and reporting, to creator coordination, to live trading moments.


What You’ll Be Doing

Account & Campaign Support

  • Support the team in delivering campaigns across Affiliate, Paid, and Live Shopping activity.
  • Assist with campaign setup, coordination, and day-to-day account admin.
  • Take notes in meetings and help track actions across internal teams and brand partners.


Performance & Data

  • Pull performance data from TikTok Shop and internal tools.
  • Help build weekly and monthly reports, highlighting key trends and results.
  • Learn how to interpret metrics like GMV, ROAS, conversion rate, and AOV.


Affiliate & Creator Support

  • Help identify and track creators participating in affiliate campaigns.
  • Support outreach, onboarding, and coordination with creators.
  • Track content output and performance across affiliate activity.


Live Shopping Support

  • Assist with live stream preparation, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Support presenters and producers before, during, and after live sessions.
  • Help analyse live performance and identify learnings.


Operational Excellence

  • Help keep TikTok Shop accounts, product listings, and promotions accurate and up to date.
  • Support basic troubleshooting across listings, pricing, and promotions.
  • Learn how the backend of social commerce works in practice.


Who We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for someone at the start of their career who wants to learn fast and build a strong foundation in marketing, e-commerce, or social media. You don’t need experience — but you do need the right mindset.


You are:

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and data.
  • A clear communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Confident working with different people and teams.
  • Curious, proactive, and keen to learn.
  • Calm under pressure and able to juggle multiple tasks.


You have:

  • A university degree (any subject).
  • A genuine interest in social media, creators, or e-commerce.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • A willingness to ask questions and take ownership.
  • Interest in TikTok, creators, or social commerce.
