The Role

We are seeking a talented and highly organised Bid Coordinator to join our London head office. This is a pivotal position responsible for compiling compelling, creative, and high-quality bid submissions that help us win work across the capital.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong written communication skills with a sharp creative eye and advanced graphic design capability — particularly in Adobe InDesign.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the coordination and production of PQQs, ITTs, and tender submissions
  • Develop visually engaging bid documents using Adobe InDesign
  • Collaborate with Pre-Construction, Design, Commercial, and Leadership teams to gather content
  • Manage bid timelines, ensuring submissions are completed accurately and on time
  • Write, edit, and proofread high-quality responses tailored to each opportunity
  • Maintain and update bid libraries, case studies, and CVs
  • Support the continuous improvement of bid strategy, branding, and presentation standards
  • Ensure all submissions reflect our market-leading design capability and professional brand identity
