Role Description


This is a full-time remote position for a Business Development Manager covering London, Kent, Essex and Cambridge. The individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, qualifying and pursuing inbound leads, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategic plans to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities also include pricing, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and fulfilment of services.


Qualifications


  • Proven experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
  • Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and CRM tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting goals and deadlines
  • Experience in the service or commercial cleaning industry is essential
