WE ARE HIRING – Senior Therapeutic Care Worker

Children’s Residential Home | UK

Do you have a passion for supporting children who have experienced trauma and helping them build a brighter future?

We are looking for a Senior Therapeutic Care Worker to join a dedicated team supporting girls aged 8–13 within a nurturing and therapeutic residential environment.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a real difference in young people’s lives while developing their career in residential childcare.

What you'll be doing

• Leading shifts and supporting the staff team

• Creating a safe, structured and nurturing home environment

• Supporting children with routines, education, and activities

• Applying trauma-informed and therapeutic care approaches (PACE model)

• Working alongside social workers, schools and families

What we’re looking for

• Experience in Children’s Residential Care

• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete)

• Strong understanding of safeguarding and trauma-informed care

• Full UK driving licence
