Account Manager – Branding & Digital Agency

Manchester (Hybrid, with occasional London travel)

Up to £35,000 + clear progression to Senior Account Manager

The Role

We’re looking for an Account Manager (or experienced Account Executive ready to step up) who can bring structure without stifling creativity. Someone who offers clarity without dulling big ideas — and who treats client relationships as partnerships, not processes.


You’ll guide clients through every stage of their brand journey — from launching something new, to reigniting established brands, to helping businesses step confidently into their next phase of growth.


You’ll:

  • Oversee projects end-to-end, keeping everything aligned and on track
  • Collaborate across strategy, identity, narrative, design and activation
  • Challenge constructively and ask the right questions
  • Keep teams focused and energised, even when things move fast
  • Ensure the work doesn’t just look great — it delivers commercial impact


What We’re Looking For


  • 3–4 years’ experience within a branding or creative agency
  • Strong understanding of brand identity and strategy
  • Calm, curious and low-drama approach
  • Confident working closely with senior leadership teams
  • A genuine passion for helping ambitious businesses grow

You’ll know how to translate creative thinking into clear action, keep teams in sync and bring direction when alignment is needed.
