We’re growing our Marketing & Creative division and are looking for a motivated individual to help us expand into high‑potential areas across Croydon, Dartford, Bromley and the surrounding region. This is an exciting opportunity to build a thriving desk in an under-served, opportunity-rich market.

What you’ll be doing

• Full Recruitment Cycle: Manage everything from winning new business and sourcing candidates to interviews, offers, and closing deals.
• Finding Talent: Use a variety of resources to attract and register candidates, interview them, and match them to the right roles quickly.
• Building Relationships: Create strong connections with clients and candidates, provide great service, and grow your network to generate new opportunities.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to share success and contribute to a supportive, high-performing team.
