Major Project Sales Manager

£50k - £60k + Bonus + Car

Join the sales team of a leading national company that supplies specialist equipment to the construction and civils industry. Our client has a great reputation in the construction / civils industry and is seeking a commercially driven Major Project Sales Manager to support our Scottish team and drive growth across major construction projects.

Role & Responsibilities

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of major project opportunities
• Grow revenue across Total & Bespoke Solutions
• Develop long-term client relationships
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and commercial teams to win work
• Negotiate trading agreements and support major scheme delivery
• Provide accurate forecasts and market insight

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven sales experience in a multi-site construction environment
• Experience selling technical or engineered solutions
• Strong track record of delivering revenue growth
• Confident using CRM and pipeline management systems
