Ecommerce Manager – Bournemouth - Up to 55k + Bonus-Hybrid
We are seeking a commercially driven Ecommerce Manager with at least 3 years’ experience managing multiple Shopify storefronts. This is a hands-on, growth-focused role with full ownership of D2C performance across multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute ecommerce strategy to drive revenue, CVR, and AOV growth
- Lead customer journey optimisation and structured CRO testing
- Own CRM & lifecycle marketing strategy – strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo is essential
- Build and optimise automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back)
- Oversee email marketing, retention, and remarketing performance
- Deliver best-in-class technical and on-page SEO
Experience:
- Experience managing ecommerce across Benelux, Germany, and the Nordics Highly desirable but not essential
- Strong understanding of localisation, VAT, cross-border shipping, currency, and payments
- Ability to optimise regional storefront performance
- Occasional international travel required
