Part-Time Telemarketer (Lead Generation Executive)
Location: Hereford
Hours: 3 days per week, 8:00am – 4:30pm (45-minute break)
Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 pro rata (3 days per week)

The Role
We are looking for an energetic, driven, and resilient Telemarketer to join our high-performing sales team on a part-time basis. This is a key role working closely with Sales and Marketing to drive business growth through targeted lead generation. You will be responsible for generating qualified opportunities and booking meetings that convert into revenue. This role requires someone who thrives on activity, enjoys speaking to new people every day, and isn’t afraid of high call volumes. If you’re motivated by results and enjoy hitting KPIs, this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Making outbound calls from targeted marketing lists
- Following up on marketing campaigns (e.g. E-shots, product launches)
- Contacting both prospective and existing customers
- Generating qualified, “quotable” sales opportunities
- Booking meetings for external sales representatives
- Working closely with sales to ensure campaigns are aligned and coordinated
You will predominantly be making cold calls, with structured campaign follow-ups to support specific product initiatives and marketing pushes.

- 60 dial-outs
- 30 meaningful conversations
- 5 qualified opportunities
- 1 meeting booked
About You

Previous telemarketing or outbound sales experience is highly desirable.
