Sports Teamwear Account Manager


£30,000 – £32,000 | Greater Manchester


(Full-Time, Head Office Based)




An exciting opportunity to join a leading international sports teamwear brand supplying bespoke kit across 100+ sports to teams, clubs, universities and schools worldwide.



The Role


As a Sports Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing and developing customer relationships across UK sportswear accounts. Supporting Area Sales Managers in achieving monthly targets, you will ensure exceptional customer satisfaction while driving long-term partnerships.


As a global bespoke sportswear brand, the role is varied and fast-paced — with a strong focus on delivering a seamless, end-to-end customer experience.

You will act as the face and voice of the brand, primarily operating from Head Office, with occasional face-to-face partnership meetings and support at key customer events.


Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service to new and existing clients via telephone, inbox and Teams calls

Manage and develop a portfolio of sports teamwear accounts, ensuring high service levels and retention

Act as the main liaison between clients and internal departments including Purchasing, Design and Logistics

Accurately process orders with exceptional attention to detail

Maintain clear and comprehensive customer updates within internal systems

Monitor order progress and proactively manage timelines to ensure on-time delivery

Champion compliance with company Terms & Conditions

Take a solution-focused approach to client requirements, anticipating challenges and resolving issues efficiently

Identify growth opportunities within existing partnerships and support new business development
