Regional Sales Manager Opportunities – Industrial Gearboxes / Geared Motors

£40,000 – £60,000 + Excellent Benefits Package

White Label Recruitment are currently supporting three established engineering manufacturers within the industrial gearbox / geared motor sector who are looking to appoint experienced Sales Managers across different regions of the UK.

If you are currently selling gearboxes, geared motors, rotating equipment, or mechanical power transmission products, these opportunities could be highly relevant.

All three roles sit with well-established manufacturers with strong UK presence, offering excellent long-term career prospects and very competitive packages.

1) Regional Sales Manager – Northern Region (Leadership Role)

A leading geared motor manufacturer is looking to appoint a Northern Regional Sales Manager covering the M62 corridor up to Scotland and down towards Sheffield / Cheshire.

This is a leadership-focused role, responsible for managing and developing a team of external sales engineers.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading regional sales strategy and performance
• Conducting joint customer visits with the sales team
• Coaching, mentoring and managing activity levels
• Driving regional growth across OEMs, distributors and end users

Strong technical credibility is important, particularly an understanding of power, speed and torque relationships, gearbox / geared motor applications and industrial drive systems.

2) Regional Sales Manager – Southern Region

Territory covering: AL, CM, CO, EN, HA, HP, IG, LU, MK, RM, SG, SS, TW, UB and WD

This is a home-based, field-focused sales role, responsible for developing existing accounts and increasing market share across the region.

The role centres around geared motor sales, with order values ranging from smaller £1k orders through to major projects exceeding £500k.

You will be selling into a mix of OEMs, distributors and end users, identifying new opportunities and managing the full sales cycle.

3) Regional Sales Manager – Midlands (Gearboxes & Aftermarket)

White Label Recruitment are also supporting a leading gearbox manufacturer looking to appoint a Midlands-based Regional Sales Manager.

This role focuses on:

• Industrial gearbox sales
• Mechanical power transmission solutions
• Growing aftermarket and service revenue

You will be working closely with distributors and end users, particularly across sectors such as:

• Heavy industry
• Materials handling
• Aggregates
• Process industries
• Utilities

Salary & Package

• £40,000 – £60,000 basic salary
