Inside Sales Executive – Aesthetics


UK-Based Applicants Only | Remote (UK) | Travel Required

Competitive Base £28-£33k + Uncapped Commission


Unique Skin Ltd is growing — and we are hiring a high-performance Inside Sales Executive to convert demand into revenue.


We distribute professional skincare, LED light therapy devices and microneedling technologies into UK clinics. This role is focused on qualifying, closing and growing accounts — not customer service and not order processing.


If you are not confident closing consistently and working to monthly revenue targets, this role is not for you.

. • Overseas applicants will not be considered

. • You must be willing to travel to UK trade shows and training events (including occasional

evenings/weekends)


The Role


You will own revenue generation across inbound and self-generated leads


• Qualify and close inbound clinic enquiries

• Proactively cold call and generate new clinic prospects

• Run remote consultations and product demonstrations

• Close new business month-on-month against clear revenue targets

• Manage and grow smaller buying accounts remotely

• Upsell devices and skincare into existing customers

• Maintain disciplined CRM and pipeline management

• Represent Unique Skin Ltd at UK industry events


This is a remote role, but it is not a passive one. You will be expected to create opportunities — not wait for them.

✔ Understands consultative selling within aesthetics or beauty

Essential Experience


• Track record of closing sales over the phone

• Experience working to monthly revenue targets

• CRM competency and structured pipeline management


Highly Desirable:

• Experience selling professional skincare or aesthetic devices• Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (or

equivalent)

• Knowledge of LED or microneedling technologies
