Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: London, UK
Pay: 35 to 40k £/year + commission

We’re scaling our sales team and looking for an SDR who thrives on outbound prospecting, loves hunting new business, and gets energized by building pipelines from scratch.
What You’ll Do
- Target and engage prospects based on defined ICPs across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Make cold calls and outreach a core part of your day, owning early-stage conversations
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for Sales Account Managers
- Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring high-quality data and pipeline hygiene
- Re-engage inactive or unconverted leads and secure follow-ups
- Identify new opportunities from outbound, inbound, campaigns, events, and referrals
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align strategy and improve messaging, scripts, and sequences
What Success Looks Like
- Generation of net-new and reactivated leads
- Qualified meetings booked for the Sales team
- High-quality CRM data and strong pipeline hygiene
- Consistent execution of outreach and follow-ups
- Clear contribution to monthly and quarterly pipeline targets
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an SDR, Sales Development, or recruiting role
- Experience in cold calling and outbound prospecting
- Experience in a SaaS / tech environment is a strong plus
- Comfortable prospecting via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Confident written and verbal communication skills in English
- Results-driven, resilient, and comfortable handling rejection
- Coachable and open to feedback and continuous learning
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup
- Enjoys ownership, autonomy, and having a visible impact on the sales pipeline
