Hiring for ALIM Proofreader

Location: Remote

Our client is seeking a detail oriented ALIM Proofreader to support global labeling and packaging activities across multiple markets and languages. In this role, you will verify secondary packaging artwork against Editor’s Copy documents to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and alignment with format and style guidelines.

You will review and annotate artwork using digital tools, identify inconsistencies, and collaborate with regulatory, labeling, and artwork teams to resolve issues. The position requires strong judgment to approve or reject artwork, ensure timelines are met, and maintain consistency across product lines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical labeling/packaging proofreading (or 4+ years’ relevant experience).
• Strong medical/scientific terminology knowledge.
• Excellent attention to detail and text comprehension skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• 20/20 corrected color vision required.
