Job Description

• Help solve quality problems by supporting investigations when things go wrong, working with others to find the cause, and making sure fixes are put in place.
• Support training by creating easy-to-follow instructions and making sure everyone understands the latest standards and expectations.
• Keep an eye on product quality by attending meetings, checking parts, reporting issues, and working with other departments or sites to make sure everything meets the right standards.
• Step in when needed by covering for missing team members, provide practical assistance during busy times, and acting as the backup when the Quality Engineer isn’t available.
