Operations & Maintenance Manager – Water Industry

Hybrid | North Wales & West Midlands

Circa £50,000 - £57,000 + up to 20% bonus + car allowance

Permanent | 37 hours

I’m supporting a growing water & utilities business delivering operational excellence across 1,000+ clean and wastewater sites nationwide.

We’re looking for a hands-on O&M leader with strong water industry experience to take ownership of regional operations — leading field-based teams, driving performance, ensuring compliance, and embedding a strong H&S culture.

This role would suit someone who:

✔ Has managed multi-site clean & wastewater operations

✔ Leads from the front (“shop floor” leadership style)

✔ Owns H&S, compliance, and operational delivery

✔ Is commercially aware with budget responsibility

✔ Thrives in a reactive, fast-paced environment
