We are in the most exciting era for product builders in decades.

I’m hiring a Senior Fullstack Product Engineer for an AI-native London startup building collaborative, LLM-powered tools from first principles.

Stack: TypeScript, Node, React, Postgres, AWS

Comp: Above-market salary + meaningful equity

This is senior in scope - not just years.

You will:

• Own complex user-facing features end-to-end

• Build agentic workflows and real-time collaboration systems

• Prototype rapidly with LLM integrations

• Work directly with users to shape product direction

• Help unlock the next 100x users

They want someone who:

– Has shipped production systems in fast-moving environments

– Thinks like a product partner, not a task executor

– Cares deeply about UX, speed and performance

– Thrives in ambiguity

– Wants to build, not maintain

This is not a scale-up optimisation role.
