Technical Delivery Lead - Hybrid (London) | Up to £70,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

We’re partnering with an innovative, technology-led organisation seeking a skilled Technical Delivery Lead who thrives on delivering tangible business outcomes through sophisticated software in complex operational settings.

This is a client-facing role where you’ll work alongside senior stakeholders, operational specialists, and internal technical teams to deliver enterprise-scale solutions that drive measurable impact. Success in this role depends on your ability to collaborate across diverse groups, bridge technical and business conversations, and ensure systems are implemented and optimised effectively for the long term.

What You’ll Bring

• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar solutions, consultancy, or technical implementation role
• Strong development experience with C#
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Confident translating complex technical detail into clear, accessible business language
• A structured, critical-thinking approach to solution design and delivery

What You’ll Be Doing

• Gathering and analysing business and system requirements for both new initiatives and enhancements
• Producing comprehensive functional and technical documentation
• Leading or contributing to successful end-to-end software implementations
• Designing and building custom configurations, integrations, and solution enhancements
• Working closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned with operational goals and deliver measurable value
