Field Service Engineer – Industrial Combustion

Location homebased with regional & occasional national travel

Seeking engineers in Midlands, East Midlands, South East, Oxfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire

Salary Basic negotiable + typical earnings £60 – 80k depending on overtime + car or van + pension + 25 days holiday

39 hours / door to door pay

Overtime is not compulsory & very much optional although its generally always available

The Person:

• Experienced working on large industrial burners (2MW and above)
• Industrial or commercial gas experience essential
• Some electrical skills and experience required
• Training and shadowing available for the right person but some prior qualifications & experience with industrial gas and burners required.
• May suit ex marine / navy engineers.

The Job:

• A mix of routine scheduled service, breakdowns / repairs, installation and commissioning projects
• Work with industrial and commercial companies providing services for burners, combustion technology, packaged plant rooms, steam boilers, power generation.
• Electrical skills and experience required
• Regional / local work but required to cover other areas as required 4-5 nights p/month.
